Ability to update user availability via APIs

We use a complex scheduling template for each of our staff members, and when it changes we have to wait for Sumo to upload it for us. We would LOVE the ability to change the recurring and specific date availability for our users programmatically via API access

SUMO Utilization Report in Salesforce Reports

As an admin, I’d like the ability to query and edit the SUMO Utilization Report that appears in SUMO admin settings within Salesforce Reports. Our Salesforce instance is connected to our other analytics platforms, and we rely on the interface between the two for data analysis.
